“…Thyroglossal cyst was the most common benign swelling presenting as midline neck swelling which moves on deglutition and protrusion of tongue. They differ from Bronchogenic cysts histologically that they do not contain smooth muscle and they frequently contain thyroid follicles (20) . Only 02 cases of malignancies were noted.…”
