Abstract: Ibrutinib is a Burton tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi) approved for the treatment of several hematologic malignancies. Analyze skin adverse events (SAE). All the patients treated with Ibrutinib featuring cutaneous adverse events were selected. Twenty five patients were retrieved with a median interval between Ibrutinib start and SAE time of onset of 120 days. Most common SAE observed involved hairs and nails.
