Статья посвящена определению микробиоты полости рта и ее различиям у больных с плоскоклеточным раком слизистой полости рта и здоровых людей. Также дан обзор литературы по данной проблеме. Согласно полученным собственным данным выявлено, что у пациентов с опухолями орофарингеальной зоны суммарное количество анаэробных бактерий, выделенных с поверхности опухоли и слизистых полости рта было достоверно выше, чем аэробных бактерий и грибов (58 % против 42 %, p ≤ 0,0001). Наиболее частым микроорганизмом в группе пациентов с опухолями орофарингеальной области был Prevotella spp. который высевался достоверно чаще, чем у здоровых лиц (35,9 % против 4,0 % соответственно, p < 0,0001). Также в группе больных с опухолями достоверно чаще, чем у здоровых лиц высевали Fusobacterium spp. (14,7 % против 0 %, соответственно, p < 0,0001) и Porphyromonas spp. (5,9 % против 0 %, p < 0,002). Veillonella spp. напротив, высевали чаще в контрольной группе нежели в группе больных с опухолями (42 % против 16,5 %, соответственно, p < 0,001). Среди аэробных микроорганизмов, в обеих группах превалировали Streptococcus spp. (52,0 % против 65,9 %). Разница в частоте их выделения недостоверна (p > 0,05). В контрольной группе значимо чаще выделялись Neisseria spp. (p < 0,05), а в группе больных с опухолями слизистой полости рта Candida spp. (p < 0,01), хотя абсолютные значения были не столь велики (14–16 штаммов каждого вида в совокупности). Выявленные в биоматериалах от больных с опухолями микробы отражали наличие дисбиоза в микробиоте полости рта. В то же время, являются ли выделенные микроорганизмы одними из этиологических агентов развития плоскоклеточного рака слизистой оболочки полости рта, нуждается в более глубоком изучении.
