Abstract: Different cultural parameters that regulate pectinolytic enzyme production in vitro by Trumetes trogii were studied. When grown in a medium containing pectin, T. trogii produced extracellular polymethylgalacturonase, polygalacturonase and pectin'lyase but no pectate lyase activity.
