Critères de sélection de clones de Trichoderma antagonistes de champignons telluriques à sclérotes1

Abstract: Des corrélations ont été calculées entre différents aspects du comportement des Trichoderma spp. Dans un système simple, ou seuls sont en présence une Trichoderma sp. et un champignon à sclérotes (Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, S. minor, Corticium rolfsii), l'aptitude mycoparasitaire de la Trichoderma sp. est d'autant meilleure que ses activités enzymatiques chitinasique et β (1–3) glucanasique sont plus élevées.
