Abstract: Resumo A Febre Q é uma zoonose de ampla distribuição mundial, apesar dos poucos relatos associados a sua ocorrência no Brasil. “Coxiella burnetii”, agente etiológico da Febre Q, é um cocobacilo gram-negativo, parasita intracelular obrigatório da ordem Legionellales.
