Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has delayed global economic growth, which has affected the economic life globally. On the one hand, numerous elements in the environment impact the transmission of this new coronavirus. Every country in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) area has a different population density, air quality and contaminants, and water- and land-related conditions, all of which influence coronavirus transmission. The World Health Organization (WHO) has advocated fast evaluations to guide policymakers with timely evidence to respond to the situation. This review makes four unique contributions. One, many data about the transmission of the new coronavirus in various sorts of settings to provide clear answers to the current dispute over the virus’s transmission were reviewed. Two, highlight the most significant application of machine learning to forecast and diagnose severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). Three, our insights provide timely and accurate information along with compelling suggestions and methodical directions for investigators. Four, the present study provides decision-makers and community leaders with information on the effectiveness of environmental controls for COVID-19 dissemination. Attitudes toward globalization are shaped by people’s direct experience with it. The COVID-19 pandemic can arguably be understood as a negative manifestation of globalization. The purpose of this study was to examine whether fear of COVID-19 infection and life satisfaction could be predictors of attitudes toward globalization. The study was crosssectional in nature and utilized intergroup comparison analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. Emerging adults (n = 157) and seniors (n = 119) were compared. Higher levels of accepting attitudes toward globalization were observed among the emerging adults, while a fear of contracting COVID-19 was found to be higher among seniors. In both study groups, a fearful attitude towards globalization was positively associated with fear of COVID-19 infection, and life satisfaction was negatively associated with infection. In addition, respondents viewed the COVID-19 pandemic itself as a negative manifestation of globalization.

Artikel ini disusun berdasarkan hasil studi literatur untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian yang utama tentang transformasi digital dan bagaimana strategi penerapannya di berbagai sektor bisnis dan pemerintah. Teknik yang digunakan adalah systematik literature review, mengkaji 9 artikel jurnal kualitatif yang dipilih manual dari 100 artikel jurnal internasional yang menggunakan berbagai metode seperti etnografi, fenomenologi, grounded, case study, dan lainnya. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa strategi yang dapat dilakukan di sektor binsis, adalah bersinergi mengembangkan produk baru terkait transformasi digital dan memasukkan nilai – nilai budaya khusunya serta keterlibatan manajemen puncak. Sedangkan strategi untuk sektor pemerintah memerlukan komitmen seluruh pemangku kepentingan dan peran kepemimpinan. Strategi umum yang dapat dilakukan adalah penciptaan nilai – nilai publik dalam transformasi digital ( ekonomi, administrasi, kemasyrakatan dan demokrasi) serta perlunya pengembangan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan proyek transformasi digital dalam konteks pemerintahan. Meskipun transformasi digital bukan lagi merupakan pilihan, tetapi tingkat transformasi dilakukan harus relevan dengan kemampuan organisasi. Kontribusi studi literatur ini adalah untuk menyediakan ulasan dan menambah pengetahuan mengenai berbagai penerapan transformasi digital di sektor bisnis dan pemerintah. Kata Kunci: Transformasi digital, sektor bisnis, sektor pemerintah.
