Cotton fever resulting in Enterobacter asburiae endocarditis

Abstract: HighlightsCotton fever is a self-limited phenomenon that occurs in IV drug users.Colloquially known to IV drug users, cotton shooting can cause cotton fever.Enterobacter asburiae endocarditis is a rare complication of cotton fever.
