Corticoides Tópicos: es la terapia más prescrita y utilizada para el tratamiento de la psoriasis existen diferentes presentaciones disponibles como son las cremas, los emolientes, las lociones, las soluciones o los aerosoles antiinflamatorios y antiproliferativos, siendo el eje de acción habitual en las lesiones psoriásicas y según Stoughton-Cornell, la clasificación se basa en la potencia y en la capacidad vasoconstrictora de cada uno de ellos, que a la vez está relacionada con su potencia antinflamatoria 36 .
