Perrine et al (27) compared the degree of PCA filling seen on angiography with measurement of memory and argued that the perfusion of PCA is not required for valid memory assessment. By using IAP-SPECT, which allows quantification of neuronal function, we drew a conclusion actually identical to that of those reports.…”
