Abstract: power lithium battery of manganese oxide is for the study in this paper, including its heating mechanism. Based on heat production caused by lithium-ion battery internal resistance, the heat transfer model for the battery was built. By the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, cooling performance of a battery pack composed of LiMn2O4 prismatic cells was simulated.
