Continuous scanning micro‐photolysis: A simple laser scanning microscopic method for lateral transport measurements employing single‐ or two‐photon excitation

Abstract: A comparatively simple laser scanning microscopic method for the determination of lateral diffusion coefficients at high temporal and spatial resolution is described.
