Abstract: O objetivo do presente estudo foi revisar a literatura que trata da contaminação dos suplementos alimentares por substâncias consideradas nocivas à saúde ou doping para os atletas. Para tanto, foram revisados artigos científicos indexados nas bases de dados Medline e Scielo.
