Conservation of Tubulin-Binding Sequences in TRPV1 throughout Evolution

Abstract: Background Transient Receptor Potential Vanilloid sub type 1 (TRPV1), commonly known as capsaicin receptor can detect multiple stimuli ranging from noxious compounds, low pH, temperature as well as electromagnetic wave at different ranges.
