Conservation of Amazonian manatee (Sirenia: Trichechidae): the case of Extractive Reserve Verde para Sempre, Brazil

Abstract: Found in the main rivers of the Amazon Basin, the Amazonian manatee (Trichechus inunguis) is the largest aquatic freshwater mammal in South America.
