Abstract

-The research work presents a general description of the process of academic counselling in the ESPOL from its beginning and evolution and the impact it generates in a holistic together with the institutional initiatives established in the Academic performance of students evidenced in their general average of qualifications, in addition to presenting data on the perception of students on this process and recommendations on future actions.
