Abstract: Background: Congenital hemangioma is an extremely rare congenital anomaly in newborn babies and may complicate life-threatening events, including bleeding. Case Presentation: We present a very rare case of noninvoluting congenital hemangiomas along with hypovolemic shock, anemia, and prolonged jaundice in a six-day-old girl.
