Abstract: We present here a complex oral rehabilitation procedure for a 19-year-old male patient with an operated cleft lip and palate who suffered motorcycle accident injuries including facial lacerations, and a severe mandible fracture with loss of teeth, gingiva and alveolar bone. His initial skeletal and occlusal relationship made the emergent surgical management extremely difficult.
