Comparison of the Rose Bengal and ELISA Tests with the Standard Tube Agglutination Method in the Diagnosis of Brucellosis

Abstract: Brucellosis, an infectious bacterial zoonotic disease caused by bacteria of the Brucella genus, can cause high morbidity and is rarely associated with mortality.
