Abstract: The occurrence of antibiotic residues in the aquatic environment is an emerging concern. “…While SPE was performed to concentrate the exposure solutions for the tests on A. flos-aquae before the algal testing, the volume of solution in the test vial at the end of the study was less than 15 mL so it was not possible to conduct SPE again.
