Comparative study of wound healing following purse-string closure versus conventional linear closure for stoma reversal

Abstract: Stoma closure is associated with several complications, wound infection being the most common. This study is done to establish that purse string suture closure method for stoma closure is superior to the conventional linear mattress closure and is associated with better wound healing cosmesis.
