Abstract:<p><strong>Background:</strong> Tibial shaft fractures are common traumatic fractures especially in road traffic accidents. Intramedullary interlocking nailing is considered treatment of choice tibial diaphyseal fractures, minimizing soft tissue injury and permitting early weight bearing and fracture healing.
