Abstract:Manyastambha is Vata Nanatmaja Vyadhi. Neck pain and stiffness are two characteristic features of Manyastambha. Acharya Shushruta has described that the Vata Dosha, along with Kapha Dosha, gets vitiated and
takes Ashraya at Manya Pradesh, affecting the Manya Siras, causing Ruja and Stambha of the neck. Cervical
spondylosis can correlate to Manyastambha as both have similar signs and symptoms. Nasya Karma is considered
