Abstract: Resumo Este artigo versa sobre o desenvolvimento de comissões de heteroidentificação na Universidade Federal Fluminense com vistas à implementação das ações afirmativas de cunho étnico-racial para o ingresso nos cursos de graduação e nos concursos públicos para docentes.
