Comercialização de alimentos em cantinas no âmbito escolar

Abstract: Resumo O estudo teve por objetivo avaliar a comercialização de alimentos em cantinas comerciais localizadas no âmbito escolar de diferentes redes de ensino, tipos de administração e presença ou não de profissional técnico (nutricionista).
