Chatbot technology, a rapidly growing field, uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) methodologies to create conversational AI bots. Contextual understanding is essential for chatbots to provide meaningful interactions. Still, to date chatbots often struggle to accurately interpret user input due to the complexity of natural language and diverse fields, hence the need for a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to investigate the motivation behind the creation of chatbots, their development procedures and methods, notable achievements, challenges and emerging trends. Through the application of the PRISMA method, this paper contributes to revealing the rapid and dynamic progress in chatbot technology with NLP learning models, enabling sophisticated and human-like interactions on the trends observed in chatbots over the past decade. The results, from various fields such as healthcare, organization and business, virtual personalities, to education, do not rule out the possibility of being developed in other fields such as chatbots for cultural preservation while suggesting the need for supervision in the aspects of language comprehension bias and ethics of chatbot users. In the end, the insights gained from SLR have the potential to contribute significantly to the advancement of chatbots on NLP as a comprehensive field.

Purpose: This study aims to assess the effectiveness of ChatGPT in remote learning among medical students. Methods: This cross-sectional survey study recruited 386 medical students from three public universities in Saudi Arabia. Participants completed an online questionnaire designed to assess perceptions of ChatGPT's effectiveness in remote learning. The questionnaire included Likert scale questions to evaluate various aspects of ChatGPT's support in remote learning, such as personalized learning, language and communication skills, and interactive quizzing. Data were analyzed using SPSS, employing descriptive statistics, independent samples t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and Cronbach's alpha to evaluate reliability. Results: Participants mostly used ChatGPT on a weekly (43.2%) or daily (48.7%) basis, primarily on personal computers (62.5%). Mean scores for ChatGPT's support in remote learning were high for personalized learning (4.35), language and communication skills (4.23), and interactive quizzing and assessments (4.01). Statistically significant differences were found based on gender for interactive quizzing ( p = .0177) and continuity of education ( p = .0122). Conclusion: Despite certain challenges and variations in perceptions based on gender and education level, the overwhelmingly positive attitudes toward ChatGPT highlight its potential as a valuable tool in medical education.

Çok kriterli karar verme (ÇKKV) problemlerinin en tartışmalı noktası kriter ağırlıklandırmadır. Çünkü farklı kriter ağırlıkları genellikle farklı sonuçların ortaya çıkmasına neden olur. Bu çalışmanın amacı kriter ağırlıklarının belirsiz olduğu durumda ÇKKV problemlerini çözebilmek için yeni bir yöntem geliştirmektir. Bu kapsamda bu çalışmada Belirsiz Kriter Ağırlıklarıyla Olabilirlik Değerlendirme Sistemi (U-PES) önerilmiştir. Uzman bilgisinden (yapay zekâ sohbet robotlarından) ve geçmiş veriden yararlanılarak Borsa İstanbul’da işlem gören sekiz adet hisse senedi ile portföy oluşturmada U-PES kullanılmıştır. Buradaki kriterler; beklenen getiri, standart sapma ve Çevresel-Sosyal-Kurumsal Yönetim (ESG) bileşenleri olarak belirlenmiştir. Yapılan uygulamada uzman bilgisi ya da geçmiş veri ile elde edilen sonuçlar arasında genellikle pozitif ama yüksek düzeyde olmayan ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur.
