Cognitive‐Behavioral Techniques and Interventions for Application in Counselor Supervision

Abstract: The counselor training literature suggests that the two most accepted models for counselor supervision are the psychotherapeutic and the behavioral‐skills mastery approaches. A third model, cognitive‐behavioral, is showing promise in the research literature.
