Abstract: ÖZET: Hashimoto tiroiditi (HT) çocukluk yaş grubunda hipotiroidinin en sık sebebi olup guatr ya da atrofik tiroidit olarak karşımıza çıkabilir. Çeşitli hücre ve antikor aracılı immün sürece ve lenfositik infiltrasyona bağlı gelişen tiroid foliküllerinin harabiyeti ile karakterizedir.
