Cochlear Implantation in Children With Hearing Impairment

Abstract: A cochlear implant is a surgically implanted device used for hearing rehabilitation of adults and children with severe to profound sensorineural hearing loss and poor speech discrimination who gain limited benefit from conventional hearing aids.
