<p style="text-align: justify;">The influence of COVID-19 has caused a sudden change in learning patterns. Therefore, this research studied the learning achievement modified by online learning patterns affected by COVID-19 at Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. This research has three objectives. The first objective is to study the cluster of learning outcomes affected by COVID-19 at Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. The second objective is to develop a predictive model using machine learning and data mining technique for clustering learning outcomes affected by COVID-19. The third objective is to evaluate the predictive model for clustering learning outcomes affected by COVID-19 at Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. Data collection comprised 139 students from two courses selected by purposive sampling from the Faculty of Information Technology at the Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University during the academic year 2020-2021. Research tools include student educational information, machine learning model development, and data mining-based model performance testing. The research findings revealed the strengths of using educational data mining techniques for developing student relationships, which can effectively manage quality teaching and learning in online patterns. The model developed in the research has a high level of accuracy. Accordingly, the application of machine learning technology obviously supports and promotes learner quality development.</p>

The Coronavirus epidemic 2019 has a serious impact on the education system of Thailand. Therefore, the research aims (1) to study and compare the academic achievement of higher education students affected by the situation of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic, (2) to construct an academic achievement model with educational engineering technology to support the learning management process of higher education institutions, and (3) to evaluate the academic achievement model. The research approaches were carried out according to the theory of data mining development using the CRISP-DM methodology (Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining). The data collection was divided into two main parts according to the educational situation. The first part is a normal situation with data collected from 506 students form four courses during the second semester in the academic year of 2019. On the other hand, the second part is an abnormal situation with data collected from 475 students from four courses during the first semester in the academic year of 2020. From the research results and findings, the researchers believe that both of the traditional and online teaching and learning management enabled learners to make an academic achievement. It is imperative that the teacher is aware of the learner’s importance to graduate on time. For the future, the researcher needs to present the findings to the stakeholders in order to prepare for the unexpected situation.

The purpose of this research is to construct an application prototype from the study of public transport problems in the local communities of Thailand. There are three main goals for research to be successful: (1) To study problems and situations in which communities are affected by public transport. (2) To design and standardize the management of problems and situations in which the community is affected by public transport. (3) To construct a public transport application prototype for local communities of Thailand. Population and sampling were scoped from the public transport service provider in Phayao Province, Thailand. The prototype was constructed with an Android Mobile Application. The results of the study showed that the developed application prototypes showed a high level of satisfaction (total means is equal to 3.95, S.D. is equal to 0.73) with the design and implementation of the prototype. In the future, the researcher will bring the application to the test and deployment.
