Clinical variables considered risk factors for the metabolic syndrome: a cross-sectional study

Abstract: Objective To identify the main risk factors for metabolic syndrome and its relationship with the perception of quality of life in Brazilian fishing colonies. Methods We included 77 participants aged > 18 years. Metabolic syndrome and quality of life were the main study outcomes.
