Abstract: Abstract-A wide range of drugs from different pharmacological groups have been tried in premenstrual syndrome by various investigators, with contradictory reports. Pyridoxine is reported to relieve autonomic and behavioural symptoms and NSAIDs to relieve physical symptoms.
