Abstract: Background Lung adenocarcinoma (ACA) is the most common subtype of non-small-cell lung cancer. About 70%–80% patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage; therefore, the survival rate is poor. It is urgent to discover accurate markers that can differentiate the late stages of lung ACA from the early stages. With the development of biochips, researchers are able to efficiently screen large amounts of biological analytes for multiple purposes. Methods … Show more

“…23 RMI2 can interact with cyclin B2 (CCNB2) and cell division cycle-associated protein 3 (CDCA3), which function also as regulatory proteins and interact with other proteins at some vital phases in the cell cycle that play a role in tumorigenesis, thus causing the tumorigenesis of malignant tumors. 11 However, the correlation between the expression of RMI2 and HCC has not been previously reported.…”

“…In contrast to other studies on the expression of CKS2 in LUAD [ 38 , 39 , 40 ], the primary focus of our research was on invasive lung adenocarcinoma, the most common type of LUAD. Additionally, we investigated in depth the expression of CKS2 in various histological subtypes of invasive lung adenocarcinoma and identified the roles of CKS2 in affecting the drug sensitivity of LUAD tumor cells to carboplatin and paclitaxel.…”

“…Based on the character of CKS2 overexpression in many human malignancies, CKS2 is generally known as an oncogene. In lung cancer, CKS2 was associated with its progression through interacting with maternal embryonic leucine zipper kinase and forkhead box M1 (FOXM1) [26]. However, the underlying molecular functions of CKS2 in NSCLC, and related mechanisms remain need to be clarified.…”
