CitoLIMS: a tool for managing laboratory data for academic laboratory

Abstract

The diversity of techniques used in an academic research laboratory generates a range of raw data with different formats and information that can exceed 1 gigabyte or terabyte per processing performed. Thus, laboratories need to seek efficient solutions for the management, analysis and curation of your data. The CitoLIMS tool was developed in-house to meet this specific demand and facilitate the secure management of data or analytics published within the scope of academic research in the healthcare field.
