Chylous Ascites
Abstract: A child had chylous ascites and other findings suggestive of child abuse. He had a spontaneous remission, with conservative therapy. A lymphangiogram showed the area of leakage into the peritoneal cavity. The discussion includes a brief review, a literature on chylous ascites.
