Abstract: Cryptococcus is an invasive and opportunistic fungus usually associated with immunocompromised individuals. Invasion of the choroid plexus by Cryptococcus is rare. This report presents the radiologic findings of a previously healthy male with bilateral choroid plexus invasion complicated by obstructive hydrocephalus.
