“…Nach dieser Hypothese ist eine Vererbung der SNF nicht zu befürchten, da die NF-Mutation nur in dem befallenen Segment vorliegt [20,25]. In 12 Fällen, inklusive der vorliegenden Kasuistik, wurden ausschließlich kutane bilaterale Neurofibrome beschrieben, wobei vorwiegend thorakolumbale Dermatome involviert waren [1,4,5,12,15,19,22,24,26,28]. Eine gonadale Mutation mit der Folge eines Keimbahnmosaiks kann die Vererbung einer SNF-Mutation erklären, wobei sich bei den Nachkommen eine diffuse systemische NF (NF-I) manifestiert.…”
