The frequencies of renal failure (85±90%), proteinuria (85± 100%), abnormal urinary sediment (66±80%), and impaired urinary concentrating capacity (45±50%) were similar in granulomatous and calcaemic nephropathy, and did not distinguish among aetiologies.…”
