Abstract

A one‐pot variant of the sulfo‐click reaction in presented, in which protected thioesters (I) and (IV) are rapidly deprotected and further subjected to the reaction with sulfonylazides (II) and (V) to afford N‐acyl sulfonamides (III) and (VI), respectively.
