Abstract: Abstract The cationic diammine‐diene‐Rh(I) complexes (II), prepared from the dimeric chlorides (I) as shown, are solubilised in halocarbon solvents by the addition of equimolar quantities of the crown ethers L. Solubilisation is a result of theformation of the stable, highly structured, second‐sphere coordination Complexes (III) and (IV), too, in which the macrocyclic polyether interacts with the NH3 ligands on Rh atom via multiple H‐bond formations.
