Abstract: Phase Relations in the Ca 2 Ta 2 O 7 -Nd 3 TaO 7 System.-The phase relations in the title system from 1200 • C to the melting point are studied by X-ray methods. The existence of four modifications of Ca 2 Ta 2 O 7 with distorted pyrochlore structure and a high-temp. modification with perovskite-type layer structure is established.
