## Abstract: Abstract 162ChemInform Abstract The title compound is the dianion of the salt (II) which is obtained from the reaction of the tricyclic compound (I) in a mixture with KH (130-135%). The structural determination of (II) is difficult because its decomposition starts at -40 rc C. Thus the trimethylsilyl derivatives (IV) and (V) are synthesized from (II).
