Abstract: 293ChemInform Abstract The mode of interaction of the organometallic antitumor agent (η5-C5H5)2VCl2 with nucleotides such as 2'-deoxyribonucleotide-5'-monophosphates of adenosine, cytidine, guanosine, thymidine, and uridine, alkylated derivatives, and phosphoesters, in aqueous solution near physiological pH, is investigated employing high-field 1H and 31P FT NMR and EPR.
