Characterization of rodent Sertoli cell primary cultures

Abstract: Sertoli cells play a vital role in spermatogenesis by offering physical and nutritional support to the differentiating male germ cells. They form the blood–testis barrier and secrete growth factors essential for germ cell differentiation.
