Abstract: Curcumin, a naturally occurring highly lipophilic molecule has wide range of pharmacological activities. However, its limited aqueous solubility and degradation at alkaline pH restricts its bioavailability. Solid dispersions of curcumin in different ratios with PVP were prepared by spray drying.
