Characteristics of the leading factors of special physical preparedness of athletes from acrobatic rock and roll at the stage of preliminary basic training

Abstract

Характеристика провідних факторів спеціальної фізичної підготовленості спортсменів з акробатичного рок-н-ролу на етапі попередньої базової підготовки Петро Кизім Сергій Гуменюк Мета: аналіз провідних факторів спеціальної фізичної підготовленості спортсменів з акробатичного рок-н-ролу на етапі попередньої базової підготовки. Матеріал і методи: у дослідженні прийняли участь 10 спортивних пар (10 партнерів, 10 партнерок). Методами дослідження стали: теоретичний аналіз і узагальнення даних спеціальної науково-методичної літератури; методи педагогічного тестування; методи математичної статистики (факторний аналіз). Результати: проведено аналіз виявлених факторів спеціальної фізичної підготовленості спортсменів-ювеналів на початку педагогічного експерименту і встановлено їх перерозподіл у факторній структурі підготовленості в кінці педагогічного експерименту. Висновки: встановлено, що для партнерів і партнерок визначальними факторами є: швидкісно-силовий, координаційний; антропометричний; функціональної підготовленості. Результати аналізу факторної структури підготовленості спортсменів з акробатичного рок-н-ролу свідчить про суттєвий вплив використання розроблених комплексів швидкісно-силової спрямованості, рухової координації та функціонального тренінгу на спеціальну і змагальну підготовленість спортсменів-ювеналів на етапі попередньої базової підготовки.
