Characterisation and Removal of Slice Dependent Artifacts in EPI Phase Images

Abstract: Although EPI phase images are useful (e.g. for Quantitative Susceptibility Mapping), they often contain phase inconsistencies in the slice-select direction which persist and can degrade QSM results.
