The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has provided many changes in the world of education. Teaching materials, strategies, media, and learning evaluations have also changed. The learning materials, originally presented manually or printed, are currently presented digitally or electronically. In Educational Technology Department, the result of learning descriptive statistics for semester III students is still low with an average score of 75.53. One way to overcome this problem is by adopting ICT in the Inferential Statistics learning outcomes. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design a Problem Based Learning (PBL) strategy in the e-learning development and analyze the effects on the assigned learning outcomes of statistics inferential course. This research uses a quasi-experiment using designed posttest control group design. The population of this study was 36 fourth semester students consisting of 2 classes, namely class A (experimental group) and class B (control group).The data was collected using a non-test instrument in the form of a case study project and was given as an online learning. The data were then analyzed using t-test statistics assisted using SPSS. The results of this research show that the mean score of the experimental class is 87.45 and the mean score of the control class is 78.93. The result of tcount is 2.0 6 while ttable is 1, 692 (p <0.05). The results indicated there is a significant increase when problem-based learning (PBL) is applied to the learning outcomes of inferential statistics students. It was also found that 81% of respondents in the experimental class scored above 80 and this indicates that students have been able to solve cases in statistics. In the control class, only 53.33% of respondents scored above 80.

This study aims to produce media products that use culinary-based electronic magazines on blended learning. The method used in this study was research and development. The procedure of media development used the Four-D model to produce learning media based on blended learning. The stages of the study consisted of define, design, development, and dissemination. The stages of development used alpha testing for product validation by learning experts, material experts, and media experts. After that the stages of dissemination, beta testing was performed by testing the product on users in small groups. The subjects of this study were students in foodservice expertise. The results of this study showed that the alpha tests on aspects of media and materials and learning both obtained very high criteria. Furthermore, the average score of all aspects was more than 89% with reasonable criteria. while the beta test results indicated high criteria with the average of students’ reached 86%, categorized as feasible.

<span lang="EN-US">Teachers, parents, and students have had difficulty with character development exercises in online learning programs. Students’ character quality has suffered as a result of these issues. This study described the essence of reading fondness, learning discipline, and social care in developing the students’ character development. In addition, this study also aimed to analyze the role of teachers and parents in character development during the online learning process. Students, teachers, and parents provided information via online questionnaires and interviews. Descriptive quantitative analysis, thematic analysis, and reflective thinking were used to analyze the data. The findings revealed that teachers and parents faced challenges that impacted student character quality. Teachers and parents have limited opportunities to shape a students’ character. Instead, they must collaborate to develop it. The limitation of this study lies in the online data collection process, thus suggesting the need to use a more in-depth method to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the case.</span>
