Challenges in surgical management of neutropenic enterocolitis in pediatric cancer patients

Abstract: Neutropenic enterocolitis (NE) affects immunocompromised patients with incidence ranging from 2.6% to 11.6%. The pathogenesis of NE is poorly understood.
