cGAS-STING Signaling Pathway Mediates Brain Trauma-Induced Type I Interferon Response

Abstract: Background Inflammation is a key contributor of neuronal death and dysfunction following traumatic brain injury (TBI). Recent evidence suggests that interferons may be a key regulator of this response.
